As a certified Field Engineer, you earn 40% of the revenue on the work you deliver — plus a powerful 50/50 split on any upsells you generate during the engagement.

THE REAL LEVERAGE: ONSITE UPSELLS
When you identify and help close additional high-value work (generators, shelters, integrated systems, etc.), you receive half of the Seller’s 20% on that upsell.

Top Delivery practitioners who consistently deliver excellent work and actively upsell during engagements regularly generate $50k–$90k+ in annual earnings.
DUAL CERTIFICATION

What if you do both?

The highest earners are often dual-certified. When one person both sells and delivers (or upsells while delivering), they capture multiple revenue streams on the same project.
